Michelle Pharr

Vice President of Regional Operations

Ms. Pharr oversees the company's North Carolina hotel operations. Within this role, Ms. Pharr is responsible for hotel profitability, guest satisfaction, capital expenditures, and operating budgets. During the last three years, Ms. Pharr has spear-headed major renovation programs at the N.C. hotels totaling over $1 million per property.

With over 22 years experience in the hospitality industry, Ms. Pharr has extensive operational expertise. She began her career as a guest services representative and worked her way through various management positions in front office, sales, and food & beverage until becoming a General Manager. She joined Landmark in 1995 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing before transitioning to Regional Operations.

Ms. Pharr is very active in the Outer Banks, N.C. community and holds board positions in the Chamber of commerce, Dare County Visitors Bureau and Outer Banks Hospital. She is president of the Outer Banks Hotel & Motel Association.
