Landmark Hotel Group LLC has successfully completed the acquisition of the Staybridge Suites located in Chesapeake, VA. The 115-suite upscale, extended stay hotel will continue to be branded as a Staybridge Suites and serves as a further extension of the company’s already strong portfolio of hotels in the Greenbrier corridor of Chesapeake.

Commencing October 2017, the hotel will undergo a comprehensive $1.75 million renovation. The renovation will include new finishes and furnishings throughout the hotel and will serve to maintain the hotel’s positioning as the market’s premier upscale, extended-stay hotel.

The Staybridge Suites is centrally located off I-64 near I-264 and I-664 adjacent to the Chesapeake Conference Center. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Greenbrier submarket offering easy access to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Norfolk International Airport, and Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
